Mike Peregrina

About this Founder

Mike Peregrina is the co-founder and CFO of Homie. Prior to Homie, Mike worked at Mercato Partners, a leading venture capital firm focused on investing in the software and consumer branded products industries, where he helped underwrite investments in some of Utah’s hottest startups. Before Mercato Partners, Mike was an investment banker at Valtus Capital Group, a boutique investment bank focused on assisting mid-sized businesses in the real estate, hospitality, gaming, and consumer products industries, raising institutional debt and equity, and advising on mergers and acquisitions. Mike has assisted entrepreneurs and their companies through $1B+ in transaction value. Mike earned a BSBA in Finance at the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
